Failed videos

If a video fails to generate, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You can see it right away and use it again.

Unused credit packs

If you haven’t used any credits from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@getdancevideo.com with the email address you paid with.

Used credits

AI results vary, so used credits are generally not refundable. If a video came out clearly broken (for example, a frozen or corrupted file), email us within 7 days and we’ll replace the credit.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them.
