1. The service

GetDanceVideo makes a short AI-generated dance video from two photos you upload. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. Photos you upload

• Only upload photos of people who have given you permission to make a video of them.
• You must have the right to use every photo you upload.
• Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
• Do not upload nude, sexual, violent or hateful content.

3. How you may use the videos

• Do not present a generated video as real footage of a person in a way that deceives others.
• Do not use videos to impersonate, harass, defame or sexualize anyone.
• Do not use videos to claim an endorsement or affiliation that doesn’t exist.

We may remove content and suspend access when these rules are broken, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.

4. Credits and payment

Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. One credit makes one full-length video. Credits don’t expire. Failed generations are refunded to your balance automatically. Refunds of purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Ownership

You keep the rights you have in your photos. Subject to these terms, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You grant us the limited permission needed to process your photos and deliver your videos, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. AI output

Results are generated by AI models and vary from video to video. We commit to the length you chose (13 or 15 seconds), a vertical 9:16 format, and both people from your photos appearing on camera. How long each person is on screen, who appears first, and clothing or backgrounds are decided by the AI and may differ from your photos. Otherwise the service is provided “as is” without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
